Nifty Nappy bitty bum review/giveaway

I had the honor to have my sister in law review two nifty nappy bitty bums, these are fitted diapers, for my niece who was born prematurely. Vilate who is the owner of Nifty Nappy Cloth Diapers- Growing up Green was curious to see if they could fit a preemie. My niece was born at thirty three weeks gestation and weighed 3lbs 8oz and was 16 inches long. She wore her first cloth diaper in the hospital  when she was a day shy from being a month old and weighed 5lbs 6oz.

She finally went home from the hospital December 19th! She wore her ooga booga diaper again on January 5th, i have no pictures from that day but it was a bust. My sister in law left her in it for 3 hours while she napped and it leaked, so apparently not a good napping diaper without a cover. After that she started wearing them more often and my sister in law bought her some prefolds as well. My sister in law has learned how long she can wear her fitteds without covers and not leak, which is 2 to 2 1/2 hours at most. She loves how they fit her baby girl and she loves the snaps on the diapers. My sister in law will be buying more before Vilate closes her store on February 10th, 2011! So glad i was able to help her choose to cloth diaper her little one and i'm thankful Vilate chose to let her try the two bitty bums for this review!
